I grew up in Dublin Ireland in a large family, of writers, publishers, artists & musicians.
At 13 I left home to start my own life and I've seen my share of trauma. It is my experience that we are not given challenges unless we have the ability to integrate them, but sometimes we need help.
My journey has taken me through many experiences and healings.
I am passionate that we all can enjoy our lives and see our dreams realized!

Currently co-founding a non-profit org to empower the local Marin/Sonoma County Non-Profit Community.
Volunteering with COTS in Petaluma, CA. A 3rd year student of Somatic Experiencing for PTSD & Trauma Healing.
I have trained with Peter Levine and with Steven Hoskinson.
Also completing my Bachelors Degree in Biological Psychology.
